Job summary
Schneider Electric - UAE is seeking an Offer Marketing Manager for Control & Signaling Products to define the strategic direction and drive growth across the portfolio lifecycle. You will partner with sales, channel partners, and engineering teams to deliver compelling value propositions and successful launches.

Qualifications
- Engineering degree in electrical, industrial or automation engineering.
- 8+ years in industrial automation, product management and offer marketing.
- Strong knowledge of machine automation markets and control technologies.
- Experience managing product portfolios and go-to-market strategies.
- Understanding of OEMs, machine builders, system integrators and distributors.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute growth strategy for the Control & Signaling portfolio across lifecycle stages.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry dynamics.
- Own portfolio revenue growth, margin and market share objectives with pricing strategies.
- Engage with OEMs, machine builders, integrators, panel builders and distributors.
- Lead product launches and commercialization plans with cross-functional teams.
- Develop sales tools and training, supporting channel growth and opportunities.
- Collaborate with Global Offer Management, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Quality.
