Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Automation, or Industrial Engineering.
• 10-12+ years of experience in VFDs, motor control, and product management.
• Strong understanding of industrial automation architectures.
• Strategic thinking with commercial acumen and financial analysis.
• Influencing without authority and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the VFD portfolio strategy aligned with growth objectives.
• Define product roadmaps for LV and MV drive solutions.
• Manage offer lifecycle from launch to phase-out.
• Identify new markets and adjacent growth opportunities.
• Lead market intelligence and competitive benchmarking.
• Own growth, profitability, and market share targets; support pricing and margins.
• Lead launches and provide sales enablement materials.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, manufacturing, and global offer teams.
