You will bridge customers, sales teams, integrators, and global offer management to address market demands and digital transformation trends.

You will lead market analysis, lifecycle management, and commercialization while driving profitability, market share, and customer adoption across targeted segments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Automation Engineering or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 10-15 years of experience in Industrial Automation, software solutions, product management and offer marketing roles.
• Experience with both hardware and software portfolios is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute growth strategy for the Control & Automation portfolio.
• Build and maintain product roadmaps aligned with market trends and customer needs.
• Manage the offer lifecycle from launch to phase-out and identify gaps for new growth.
• Drive portfolio expansion into emerging industrial and digital automation markets.
• Collaborate with global product management and R&D to ensure adoption of new solutions.
