Schneider Electric in Dubai is seeking an experienced Offer Marketing Manager for Industrial Control & Automation. You will own the portfolio, define growth strategies, and drive profitability across segments.

You will bridge customers, sales teams, system integrators, and R&D to ensure the portfolio meets evolving automation demands. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Automation or Electrical Engineering and 10–15 years in industrial automation, with strong experience in both hardware

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in automation/electrical engineering or equivalent.
5-7+ years in product management or offer marketing within automation.
Experience with both hardware and software portfolios is desirable.

Responsibilities

Define and execute growth strategy for the Control & Automation portfolio.
Build and maintain product roadmaps aligned with market trends.
Manage the offer lifecycle from launch to phase-out.
Identify portfolio gaps and growth opportunities.
Drive expansion into emerging industrial and digital markets.
Collaborate with sales, engineering, and global offer teams to ensure alignment.
