Zusammenfassung

Schneider Electric is seeking an Offer Marketing Manager for Industrial Control & Automation to shape and grow the portfolio of hardware and software solutions across segments, driving profitability and market leadership. You will bridge customers, sales teams, system integrators, and engineering to ensure the portfolio addresses evolving market demands and digital transformation trends.

The role requires 10–15 years in Industrial Automation with experience in both hardware and software

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree in automation or electrical engineering.
10–15 years in Industrial Automation, software and hardware portfolios desirable.
Experience in product management and offer marketing is preferred.

Aufgaben

Define and execute growth strategy for the Control & Automation portfolio.
Build and maintain product roadmaps aligned with market trends and customer needs.
Manage the offer lifecycle from launch to phase-out.
Identify portfolio gaps and new growth opportunities.
Drive portfolio expansion into emerging industrial and digital automation markets.
Monitor industry trends and conduct competitive benchmarking.
Engage with customers and key partners to translate insights into requirements.
Own revenue, profitability, and market share objectives.
Collaborate with global PM and R&D for launch and adoption of new solutions.
Define portfolio positioning and coordinate marketing campaigns.
