Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Abu Dhabi is seeking an Events Sales Executive to drive event sales and ensure client satisfaction from planning through post-event follow-up. You will maintain strong client relations, coordinate cross-departmental details, and close sales to meet revenue targets.

Ideal candidates have a hospitality background, at least 2 years in a similar role, and excellent English communication. Experience in luxury hospitality is a plus, with a proactive, guest-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/hospitality management or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury hospitality.
• Luxury hospitality experience is a plus.
• Strong English communication, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Sell to meet personal and team revenue goals through client contacts and planning.
• Prepare information for clients and other hotel departments and update it timely.
• Coordinate event logistics from planning to execution to ensure client satisfaction.
• Follow up inquiries within 24 hours and manage client files.
• Assist other sales team members to secure business and deliver events as requested.
