Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, events, or hospitality, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Proactively sell and promote convention and event spaces to potential clients.
• Develop strong relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders.
• Conduct site inspections and presentations of venues and accommodations.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing to meet revenue goals.
• Collaborate with internal departments for seamless event execution.
• Prepare detailed proposals and reports to support sales processes.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
• Represent the hotel at industry events and networking functions.
• Handle client inquiries and follow up to convert leads into bookings.
