Job summary

The Team Builders, a premier hospitality group in Abu Dhabi, seeks an experienced Events Manager to drive private dining and high-value corporate and social events across its luxury restaurant venues.

Based in Abu Dhabi, you will manage end-to-end planning, coordinate with operations, culinary and marketing teams, and build relationships with VIP clients, embassies and luxury planners to consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 35 years experience in luxury hospitality or high-end restaurant event management.
• Strong background in private dining corporate events and social celebrations.
• Proven track record in driving event sales and meeting revenue KPIs.
• Excellent client relationship and negotiation skills.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented and commercially minded.

This role will be primarily based in Abu Dhabi managing private dining large-scale events VIP experiences and high-value corporate and social functions across multiple upscale venues.
