Job summary

Ipsos in Dubai is seeking a Business Development and Client Relations professional to maintain and grow key accounts across the region. You will lead proposal and pitching efforts, design and price research solutions for new clients, and coordinate with multiple teams to convert cross-sell opportunities into formal projects.

The role requires deep knowledge of Ipsos marketing materials, proactive promotion to clients, and collaboration with N+1 on initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to maintain and grow existing accounts.
• Ability to lead proposal/pitching and pricing of research for new clients.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to convert cross-sell opportunities into projects.
• Knowledge of Ipsos marketing materials and ability to promote them to clients.
• Ownership of end-to-end client engagement and project setup.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow existing client relationships.
• Lead business development initiatives and implement N+1 directives.
• Own proposal/pitching process including design & pricing of research for new clients.
• Transform cross-selling between departments into formal projects.
• Promote Ipsos marketing materials to clients and keep knowledge up-to-date.
