Job summary

Mars in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, seeks a Business Development Manager – Key Accounts to bridge strategy and execution and leverage head office relationships for store execution and growth.

You will build relationships across the customer hierarchy, lead negotiations on rentals and BDAs, and coordinate with Demand Planning, Customer Service and Supply to ensure timely execution and positive trade outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years in sales within TOP FMCG; Key Accounts experience is a plus.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Bridge strategy and execution to enable store execution and growth.
• Communicate strategic initiatives and launches to external stakeholders.
• Build relationships across the customer hierarchy to drive category growth.
