Responsibilities

• Taking overall responsibility for successful management of research projects, delivering on time and on budget.
• Managing projects with day-to-day client interaction and internal stakeholders, with senior guidance.
• Contributing to project administration, including job book management and direct costs.
• Ensuring quality standards through briefings, fieldwork reviews and data checks.
• Proactively supporting the senior team, raising issues timely with solutions focus.
• Attending knowledge-sharing initiatives and Ipsos trainings to build skills.
• In line with unit focus, developing expertise in one area and learning two others.
• Continuously improving computer and soft skills and self-development through courses.
• Taking initiative for on-the-job learning by notes, questions and mentoring materials.
• Being respectful, proactive and a strong team contributor.
