Job summary
Ports, Customs & Free Zone Corporation in Dubai seeks an experienced IT Demand and Relationship Manager to align IT initiatives with business objectives. You will lead engagement with business units, shape demand strategies, and steer IT projects from idea to delivery.
The role requires 10+ years in IT, including team leadership, and a relevant degree. ITIL Demand Management certification is preferred and you will report to senior management on performance and strategy.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Information Technology including at least 3 years of experience in managing a team
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
- IT Certification (ITIL Demand Management Certification)
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies for demand and relationship management.
- Oversee IT projects from inception to completion within time, scope and budget.
- Foster engagement with business units to identify and validate IT requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to boost efficiency.
- Manage and prioritize IT demand balancing business needs with capacity.
- Ensure IT solutions align with business goals and ROI.
- Monitor performance of IT services and projects with insights for improvement.
- Establish strong relationships with stakeholders to align IT initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement of demand management processes.
- Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
