Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Engineering or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in ICT project and operations management.
• PMP certification desirable.
• Strong ICT project, regulations and industry trends knowledge.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Financial acumen with budget management experience.
• Client-focused with strong negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of UAE regulations and market conditions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for ICT department.
• Lead and nurture a high-performing facilities/ICT team.
• Manage client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
• Prepare and manage budgets for ICT projects.
• Oversee daily facility management operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health and environmental standards.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and monitor SLAs.
• Identify new business opportunities and growth areas.
• Prepare KPI and operational performance reports.
