Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Information Technology
• At least 3 years of experience in managing a team
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
• IT Certification: ITIL Demand Management Certification

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement demand and relationship management strategies aligned with business goals.
• Oversee IT projects from inception to completion within time, scope, and budget.
• Engage business units to capture and validate IT requirements.
• Identify and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Prioritize IT demand balancing business needs with IT capacity.
• Ensure IT solutions align with strategic business objectives and ROI.
• Monitor IT services and projects, reporting on performance.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships across PCFC and externally.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on status and direction.
