Job summary

ManpowerGroup in Dubai is seeking an IT Operations & Infrastructure Lead to own enterprise IT operations, infrastructure management, and workplace technology services. You will ensure a secure, reliable, and high-performing technology environment while leading infrastructure projects, managing vendors, and supporting business continuity initiatives.

The successful candidate will bring strong expertise in IT Infrastructure Management, Cybersecurity & Network Administration, and IT Operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• 7-10+ years of progressive IT infrastructure and operations experience, incl. 3-5 years in leadership.
• Strong expertise across Microsoft technologies, networking, cybersecurity, end-user computing, stakeholder management, project delivery, and vendor governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT operations, user support services, endpoint management, and workplace technology to ensure service quality.
• Manage enterprise infrastructure including servers, storage, virtualization, cloud services, Microsoft 365 environments, and identity management solutions.
• Oversee network operations and cybersecurity controls, including firewalls, VPNs, access management, vulnerability remediation, security compliance, and disaster recovery planning.
• Manage collaboration and communication platforms including Microsoft Teams, Zoom, telephony systems, conference room technology, and hybrid workplace solutions.
• Drive infrastructure projects, vendor management activities, technology enhancements, operational KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
