Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; Master's preferred.
• 8–10 years HR experience with 3–5 in a leadership role.
• UAE HR-management experience mandatory with Labour Law knowledge.
• Strong knowledge of payroll, visas, contracts, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and SOPs.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning.
• Lead performance management, KPIs, and improvement plans.
• Ensure UAE Labour Law compliance and maintain HR records.
