Job summary

Kingston Stanley is partnering with a prominent UAE enterprise to appoint an HR Director to oversee human resources for a massive, shift-based operational business unit in Dubai. Reporting directly to the Business Unit CEO, the role leads HR across 3,000+ employees, driving workforce planning, employee relations, labor cost control, and strict HSE compliance.

Candidates should have 10–15 years of progressive HR experience, including at least five years in senior leadership within labor-intensive

Qualifications

• 10–15 years HR experience with at least 5 years in senior leadership within labor-intensive industries.
• Expertise in UAE Labor Law and HSE compliance.
• Experience supporting large frontline workforces across multi-site, shift-based operations.
• Proven ability to drive manpower productivity and labor cost control.
• Experience advising the CEO on human capital risks and leading HR teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish and execute HR strategies across multi-site operations.
• Lead end-to-end employee relations and grievance handling.
• Optimize workforce planning and manpower productivity.
• Manage HR budgets and recruitment pipelines for frontline and leadership roles.
• Ensure UAE Labour Law and HSE compliance; partner with site heads.
• Advise CEO on human capital risks and drive organizational change.
