OmanYP in Dubai seeks an experienced HR Manager to lead HR strategy, recruitment, onboarding, retention, and employee relations, while aligning initiatives to business needs.

You will ensure compliance with UAE labour laws, manage performance appraisals, and maintain competitive pay and benefits. A proactive leader who protects confidentiality and fosters an inclusive culture is essential.

Formación

• Experience in HR leadership roles in industrial or manufacturing sectors.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and HR best practices.
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention processes.
• Support current and future business needs through the development and engagement of employees.
• Manage employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and regulations.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Maintain pay plan and benefits programme in line with market standards.
• Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture within the organisation.
