Job summary

Ultiwise Management Consultants FZE seeks an senior HR leader to oversee group-wide HR strategy, governance, and operations across multiple entities in the UAE. You will drive talent acquisition, workforce planning, and manpower budgeting while steering Emiratisation and GCC nationalisation programs.

You will ensure MOHRE, WPS, visa and immigration compliance and manage large blue-collar workforces, welfare, and HR process automation. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading HR strategy and governance across a diversified group.
• Hands-on GCC HR experience with Emiratisation and MOHRE compliance.
• Experience managing large blue-collar workforces and welfare programs.
• Experience implementing HR policies and HRIS systems.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead group-wide HR strategy, governance and HR operations.
• Manage HR across multiple entities, sectors and jurisdictions.
• Drive talent acquisition, workforce planning and manpower budgeting.
• Lead Emiratisation and GCC nationalisation programs.
• Ensure MOHRE, WPS, labour law, visa and immigration compliance.
• Manage large blue-collar workforces, accommodation, mobilisation and welfare.
• Oversee performance management, compensation, succession planning and talent development.
• Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievances and HR governance.
• Lead HRIS implementation and HR process automation.
• Provide strategic HR reporting and people insights to the Board.
• Employee strength should be minimum 2,000.
