• Experience in Account Management, Commercial or Sales roles.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to identify growth opportunities.
• Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive and organised, with strong planning and analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key client decision-makers.
• Drive organic growth and identify opportunities to increase revenue and market share.
• Develop, manage and track account plans in line with client requirements.
• Lead operational teams to ensure service delivery meets contractual obligations.
• Manage account performance including invoicing, collections and client escalations.
