Job summary

Client of Parisima Talent in Abu Dhabi seeks a Regional Head to lead and grow their Abu Dhabi operations, delivering commercial, operational and financial performance while shaping regional strategy and expanding into new sectors and markets.

The successful candidate will develop and implement sales and operational plans, manage large contracts and key accounts, optimise resources, and lead a high-performing team while ensuring UAE regulatory compliance and strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional and management experience.
• Experience in senior Commercial, Sales, Business Development or General Management.
• Experience managing large commercial contracts and strategic client relationships.
• Strong understanding of business strategy and P&L management.
• Proven track record of delivering sales growth and business development.
• Experience leading sizeable teams and managing operational functions.
• Strong understanding of the UAE/GCC market.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience.

• Developing and implementing the regional sales and operational strategy.
