Qualifications

• 5+ years of account management experience in a creative agency, production house, or digital/social agency.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Strong understanding of creative development, video production and social media content.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with outstanding project management and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Experience using project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Passion for creativity, storytelling, brand building, and digital innovation.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a primary client liaison, understanding objectives and ensuring exceptional execution across campaigns.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
• Manage multiple projects across production, creative, and digital content, ensuring smooth execution.
• Collaborate with producers, creatives, designers and social strategists to deliver compelling content.
• Oversee project timelines and resource allocation to meet deadlines and quality expectations.
• Facilitate clear communication between clients and internal teams, translating needs into actionable plans.
• Work closely with clients to grasp business goals while driving innovative creative solutions.
• Identify opportunities for business growth within existing accounts and contribute to new pitches.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging digital and social platforms, and content best practices.
