Job summary

Property Finder is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to own and grow a portfolio of its most strategic enterprise customers. You will drive retention, revenue growth, and long‑term customer value by understanding client business priorities and delivering AI‑enabled SaaS solutions.

You will develop strategic account plans, manage renewals and expansions, and collaborate with Product, Marketing, Finance and Customer Experience to unlock commercial opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in Enterprise Account Management or SaaS commercial roles.
• Proven track record of retaining and expanding high-value customer accounts.
• Strong understanding of SaaS commercial models including renewals, expansion, adoption and retention.
• Experience building relationships with C-suite and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial performance of a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts, including retention, renewals, expansion and revenue growth.
• Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to identify growth opportunities and risks.
• Build relationships with senior decision-makers, positioning Property Finder as a strategic partner.
• Lead negotiations, balancing customer value with Property Finder’s objectives.
• Navigate complex enterprise buying environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Use data and performance insights to identify opportunities and build business cases.
• Conduct strategic business reviews and translate insights into growth actions.
