Job summary

Elastic, the Search AI Company, seeks a Senior Account Executive to own the full sales cycle from cold outreach to close in a strategic territory. You will drive adoption of Elastic’s AI-powered search, observability and security solutions while articulating value to executives and leveraging cross-functional partnerships.

A track record in SaaS subscription sales, new logo acquisition in enterprise or public sector, and strong cloud fluency are required.

Qualifications

Proven track record in SaaS subscription sales.
Experience selling to enterprise and public sector.
Ability to craft value narratives linking technical capabilities to business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Drive Adoption of Elastic’s AI-powered search, Observability and Security in new and existing accounts.
Act as trusted advisor to transform data into actionable insights.
Speak on cloud economics, pricing models, and data architectures to stakeholders.
Navigate and manage complex sales cycles with MEDDPICC or similar frameworks.
Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Marketing and RevOps to accelerate deals.
