Job summary

Elastic, the Search Analytics company, is seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive new logo acquisition across a defined territory. You will manage the full sales cycle from cold outreach to close, selling Elastic’s AI-powered search, observability, and security platform to enterprise accounts.

You will be a trusted advisor, speaking fluent about cloud economics and modern architectures, and collaborate cross-functionally to accelerate deals while delivering measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven SaaS subscription sales track record in large strategic accounts.
• Experience in enterprise/public sector sales and overachievement.
• Ability to craft value-based narratives linking technical capabilities to business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for assigned accounts.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive territory growth.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Marketing, and RevOps to accelerate deals.
