Job summary

Elastic, the Search Analytics company, seeks a Senior Account Executive in Dubai to drive new logo acquisitions across mid-market and enterprise accounts. You will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—while articulating Elastic's value in AI-powered search, observability, and security.

The role requires deep cloud fluency, strong negotiation skills, and a proven track record in SaaS sales. You will partner with Solutions Architects and Success teams to craft tailored value

Qualifications

• Must have a track record of SaaS subscription sales in large strategic accounts.
• Ability to craft value narratives linking Elastic's capabilities to business outcomes.
• Experience navigating multi-stakeholder buying committees.
• Proficient in MEDDPICC or similar qualification framework.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of Elastic's AI-powered search, Observability and Security in new and existing accounts.
• Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to close—across territory.
• Identify new use cases and expand territory with enterprise brands.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Marketing and RevOps to accelerate deals.
