Job summary

Shangri-La Group Abu Dhabi invites an experienced Senior Business Development Manager Corporate to lead our corporate sales. You will identify, develop and manage corporate accounts to achieve revenue targets while building relationships with key executives, travel managers and procurement teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, marketing or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hospitality with corporate sales exposure.
• Professional certifications in Sales Revenue Management or Marketing are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and manage corporate accounts to achieve revenue and business targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate decision-makers, travel managers and procurement teams.
• Negotiate corporate contracts, rates and commercial agreements in line with hotel policies.
• Drive new business opportunities through proactive sales activities, networking and market engagement.
• Monitor corporate business performance, market trends and competitor activity within UAE and regional markets.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, account plans and represent the hotel at corporate events.
