Job summary
MINDFREE Consulting | Insurance Talent Hub is seeking a senior business development professional to lead growth within ADNOC and the UAE oil & gas sector. You will drive end-to-end BD activities, build strategic relationships, and secure new contracts while coordinating with engineering, commercial and operations teams.
The ideal candidate has 7–10 years in oil & gas BD, proven success in winning major projects, and deep knowledge of ADNOC vendor registration, tendering and contracting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field.
- 7–10 years of business development experience in the oil & gas industry.
- Proven success in securing and closing major contracts/projects.
- Strong knowledge of ADNOC vendor registration, prequalification, tendering, and contracting.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end BD activities within ADNOC and its group companies.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities including EPC, maintenance, supply and field service contracts.
- Manage the full BD cycle: lead generation, client engagement, prequalification, tendering, negotiation, and contract closing.
- Develop and maintain relationships with ADNOC stakeholders, EPC contractors, and strategic partners.
- Drive market intelligence on upcoming projects, competitors, and industry trends.
- Coordinate with engineering, commercial, and operations teams to ensure competitive, compliant proposals.
- Support senior management in defining market entry and growth strategies.
