Job summary

RICS is seeking a Consultancy Business Development Lead based in the UAE to drive a global pipeline, focusing on MEA with APAC growth potential. You will shape propositions, manage senior stakeholders and convert opportunities into sustainable income across public and private sectors.

You will collaborate with regional teams, lead bids, and develop robust BD processes while leveraging CRM and market insights to maximize opportunities and impact.

Qualifications

• Experience identifying and winning complex business development opportunities.
• Track record building commercial pipelines and converting opportunities into sustainable income.
• Experience developing commercial plans, proposals, bids and tender responses.
• Commercial and financial awareness including budgeting and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a qualified pipeline of consultancy, capability building and DRS opportunities.
• Identify high value opportunities across government, public sector, private sector, SMEs and higher education.
• Lead proposals, public bids, tenders and commercial deals that respond to client needs.
• Develop clear business development processes, CRM use and pipeline reporting.
• Work with regional and central teams to move opportunities from lead generation through to proposal, costing, contracting and delivery.
• Use market insight and financial awareness to prioritise activity and shape future services.
• Build senior relationships that strengthen RICS' visibility and commercial presence in priority markets.
