Job summary

KinFitz & Co. is rebuilding its client-facing function in the UAE, seeking a relationship-driven seller to re-engage an existing contractor and federal client portfolio while pursuing new flooring projects across commercial, residential, marine, and oil & gas sectors.

You will work with design and procurement to move from proposal to purchase orders, staying closely involved through installation and sign-off.

Qualifications

Proven track record in business development or account management within construction, interiors, materials or related project-based industry.
Existing relationships with main contractors or federal clients in the UAE are a strong advantage.
Comfort managing long sales cycles; projects typically run eight to twelve weeks from PO to delivery.
Willingness to learn flooring product knowledge; prior flooring experience is not required.
Resilience and adaptability for a fast-moving, hands-on business.

Responsibilities

Re-engage and manage an existing portfolio of main contractor and federal client accounts.
Identify and win new flooring projects across commercial, residential, marine, or oil & gas sectors.
Present proposals and material options to contractors, clients, and project teams.
Collaborate with design and procurement teams to move projects from proposal to purchase order.
Stay on site and involved through installation, coordinating with project managers and the installation team through sign-off.
