Job summary

Al Burhani General Trading LLC is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead business development and key client relationships for flooring categories including carpets, carpet tiles, LVT, engineered wood, parquet, and wallcoverings in the UAE.

The role focuses on driving sales across Hospitality, Commercial, and high-end Residential segments, building a reliable pipeline, and coordinating with design and installation teams to ensure on-time project handover and delivery.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of proven sales experience in the flooring industry.
• UAE experience and active network of architects, interior designers, contractors, and hospitality/commercial clients in the UAE.
• UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Strong track record of achieving targets in project-based/B2B sales.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
• Familiar with specification-led sales processes (architect/designer specification, tendering, project sales).
• Self-motivated and able to manage a full sales pipeline independently.
• Fluent English; Arabic or other languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Drive B2B sales of carpets, carpet tiles, vinyl/LVT, wood/parquet, and wallcoverings in Hospitality, Commercial, and high-end Residential segments.
• Identify and manage relationships with architects, interior designers, main contractors, developers, and corporate clients in the UAE.
• Generate and convert leads via site visits, meetings, tenders, and project follow-ups.
• Prepare tailored proposals, product specs, and quotations based on client needs.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing, plus after-sales follow-up.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and installation teams for project handover and timely delivery.
• Track projects via tender boards and market intelligence to build a strong pipeline.
• Represent The Floorist at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings in the UAE.
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and forecasts for management.
