Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years experience in business development within the Interior Fit-Out industry.
• Proven track record in driving business growth and closing projects within the fit-out or design sector.
• Strong understanding of interior design processes, material selection, and project execution workflows.
• Excellent networking, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across residential, commercial, hospitality, and retail sectors.
• Conduct market research to analyse trends, competitor offerings, and client needs; develop targeted business strategies accordingly.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase market share and expand the client portfolio.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals effectively.
• Collaborate with design, estimation, and project teams to ensure proposals align with company capabilities and client requirements.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential clients, architects, developers, and other industry stakeholders.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for senior management.
