Job summary

Agile Consultants in Dubai is seeking an experienced Regional Business Development Manager – Flooring to drive regional growth by managing and developing key customer relationships within the assigned Customer Group. The role requires understanding customer needs, market dynamics and strategic priorities to position the company as a preferred supplier.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in any field.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in flooring sales.
• Proven track record in managing and developing customer relationships.
• Strong CRM, pipeline management, reporting and follow-up skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional growth across MEIA by executing the flooring strategy and tracking market trends to meet revenue and profitability targets.
• Develop and manage key accounts within Marine & Protective, focusing on civil infrastructure, commercial, and industrial segments.
• Grow non-buying accounts by collaborating with Single Source Solutions (SSS) and local units to drive specifications and secure projects from design to execution.
• Partner with Regional Technical Services to secure approvals, deliver training, support projects, and enable product innovation and commercialization.
• Lead customer engagement through CPDs, asset presentations, and regional/local events to strengthen relationships and brand visibility.
• Leverage construction market trends, customer insights, and specification data to drive innovation and sustainable business growth.
• Ensure strong CRM discipline through accurate reporting, pipeline management, specification tracking, and consistent follow-ups.
