Job summary

KinFitz & Co. in Dubai is seeking a confident, client-facing salesperson to manage relationships from the first meeting through project delivery across private clients, interior designers, contractors and developers in the UAE.

This role covers high-end residential, hospitality and commercial projects, with the team known for hands-on involvement through delivery and installation. You will build on an existing client base, win new business, and coordinate with design and procurement teams to

Qualifications

Proven track record in client-facing sales or account management.
Ability to manage relationships from initial meeting through delivery.
Comfort presenting proposals to clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow an existing portfolio of contractor, developer and private client relationships.
Identify and close new business across residential, hospitality and commercial projects.
Present design and product proposals to clients, contractors and interior designers.
Coordinate with design and procurement teams to move proposals from concept to purchase order.
Stay involved post-sale through delivery with project and installation teams.
