Job summary

Strato Creations LLC in Dubai seeks an experienced Business Development professional to drive new interior fit-out and turnkey project opportunities. You will build relationships with consultants, architects, designers, developers and corporate clients, and secure projects through networking, meetings, tenders and prequalification processes.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years UAE BD experience in related fields, a strong industry network, and a proven ability to meet sales targets.

Qualifications

5+ years of UAE experience in business development within interior fit-out, joinery, construction or turnkey solutions.
Strong UAE network of consultants, architects, developers and corporate clients.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and securing fit-out projects.

Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities for interior fit-out and turnkey projects.
Build relationships with consultants, architects, designers, developers, and corporate clients.
Secure projects through networking, cold calling, meetings, presentations, tenders and prequalification opportunities.
