Job summary

Unified Microsystems in the UAE is looking for a Business Development Manager to expand our market presence across the UAE by building professional relationships in the commercial property, fit-out and construction communities. You will identify opportunities early and hand over qualified deals to the Projects Account Manager for closure.

Using a consultative approach, you will engage senior executives and decision-makers, develop strategic partnerships, and maintain an active CRM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field.
• Strong network in the UAE business community is advantageous.
• Experience in business development, sales or client-facing roles.
• Technical fluency in IT infrastructure, AV, ELV and security systems is valued.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships across the UAE commercial property and fit-out community.
• Identify upcoming relocations, refurbishments, fit-outs and projects early.
• Generate qualified leads for IT infrastructure, security and workplace solutions.
• Engage clients with a needs-based, consultative approach with internal teams.
• Hand over opportunities to Projects Account Manager and support to closure.
• Develop strategic partnerships that generate referrals and repeat business.
• Represent the company at networking events and industry functions.
• Keep CRM accurate with leads, meetings and follow-ups.
• Report on activity, leads and pipeline status.
