Job summary

Unified Microsystems in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, seeks a results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our market presence across the UAE. You will nurture relationships with consultants, project managers, architects, and developers to identify early opportunities in office relocations, refurbishments, and fit-outs.

You will generate qualified leads for IT infrastructure, security, AV, and workplace solutions, coordinating with technical and design teams to deliver the right solution

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field required or preferred.
• Previous business development or sales experience in UAE strongly preferred.
• Experience in commercial real estate, fit-out, or technology sales is advantaged.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships across the UAE commercial property and fit-out community with key decision-makers.
• Identify upcoming office relocations, refurbishments and construction projects at the earliest stage.
• Generate qualified leads and opportunities for IT infrastructure, security, AV, and workplace solutions.
• Engage clients with a needs-based, consultative approach and coordinate with technical teams.
• Hand over opportunities to Projects Account Manager and support through closure.
• Develop strategic partnerships with consultants, contractors, designers, and property professionals to generate referrals.
• Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and industry associations to grow the UAE network.
