Job summary

Manpower Middle East seeks a high-impact Business Development Manager in Dubai to drive market expansion and revenue growth for our client. You will identify new B2B opportunities, build strategic corporate partnerships, and manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle from prospecting to deal closure.

This role requires 4+ years of B2B sales experience in corporate services, consulting, or technology, GCC/UAE market know-how, and a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of proven B2B sales experience in corporate services, consulting, or technology.
• GCC/UAE market experience is required.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and secure new B2B client accounts to meet revenue targets.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities using a CRM.
• Lead pitches, prepare proposals, and negotiate terms aligned with profitability guidelines.
• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with C-suite and regional stakeholders.
• Monitor industry trends and opportunities to refine outreach strategies.
