Job summary

BSM Property is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to grow our Dubai property management portfolio by acquiring new landlord mandates and building lasting client relationships.

You will drive client meetings, property assessments, and presentations, while aligning with internal teams to onboard properties. A strong UAE market understanding and a proven sales track record are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in Dubai real estate, preferably in property management or landlord acquisition.
• Proven track record in sales, client acquisition, or mandate generation.
• Strong understanding of UAE property market, rental practices, and landlord expectations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Professional, presentable, and commercially driven.
• Strong network of landlords and investors is a significant advantage.
• UAE driving license and own car required.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth of property management portfolio by acquiring new landlord mandates and building long-term client relationships.
• Promote and present BSM Property management services to landlords and investors.
• Coordinate meetings, property assessments, and presentations with clients.
• Prepare and negotiate property management agreements and onboarding plans.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and monitor market trends and competition.
