Job summary

Deliveroo in Dubai is seeking a senior Recruiter to lead APAC business hiring for the UAE and Kuwait, partnering with stakeholders up to VP level on end-to-end recruitment. This role is strategic, not an executor, and focuses on building a recruiting muscle within a growing organisation, with collaboration across Europe and the UK.

You will mentor teammates, present hiring metrics and market insights, and drive a proactive, data-driven approach in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in-house and agency recruitment experience.
• Full lifecycle recruiting experience and salary trends knowledge.
• Proactivity to identify gaps and scale teams.
• Data-driven approach to hiring and stakeholder influence.
• Knowledge of UAE labour laws and organisational structures.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders up to VP level on end-to-end recruitment.
• Coach and mentor recruitment team members.
• Present key hiring metrics, pipeline reporting, and market insights to leadership.
• Build a strategic partnership with the business and cross-functional teams.
• Travel to Kuwait quarterly to collaborate with local hiring managers and teams.
• Develop innovative hiring solutions to scale an inclusive team.
