Job summary

Namaa in Dubai is seeking an experienced Recruiter to own end-to-end, high-volume recruitment across corporate and commercial roles. You will partner closely with hiring managers to deliver strong candidates efficiently and manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.

You will screen and assess candidates, lead offer discussions, and ensure a smooth onboarding transition. Fluency in Arabic and English is required, with onsite work five days a week.

Qualifications

• 2+ years full end-to-end recruitment experience in fast‑paced environments.
• Experience handling 15+ active roles concurrently is ideal.
• Experience recruiting across corporate and sales/commercial roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across junior to mid-level positions.
• Handle high volume vacancies with prioritisation and momentum.
• Build candidate pipelines via direct sourcing, referrals and networks.
• Partner with hiring managers to calibrate profiles and provide market insights.
• Screen, assess and manage candidates through interview and offer.
• Lead offer discussions and close candidates within compensation frameworks.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data, reporting and pipeline updates.
• Ensure proper onboarding documentation for successful hires.
• Support wider recruitment projects as needed.
