Job summary

Talabat is seeking an Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with restaurant and vendor partners in the UAE. You will optimize partner presence on the platform, drive sales, and ensure high satisfaction.

Responsibilities include data analysis for menu performance, pricing, and campaigns, plus cross-functional collaboration to deliver campaigns and improve delivery metrics. This role requires relocation to Abu Dhabi if needed and a business-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 2-5 years in Account Management, Sales, or Partner Success.
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable with data dashboards.
• Must be living in or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-first mindset with focus on partner value.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong restaurant and vendor partner relationships.
• Analyze sales and operations data to improve menu performance and pricing.
• Identify growth opportunities and upsell services to partners.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Logistics, and Operations to meet partner needs.
• Negotiate and renew commercial agreements and ensure SLAs.
