Job summary

talabat, part of Delivery Hero Group, is seeking an Account Manager to grow and enrich relationships with restaurant and vendor partners in Dubai. You will optimize menu presence, pricing, and delivery logistics while driving revenue and improving partner satisfaction.

You will analyze performance data, craft insights, and lead initiatives with internal teams to ensure onboarding, campaigns, and ongoing success for a growing online food platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Partner Success.
• Strong analytical skills with data dashboards and spreadsheets.
• Must be living in or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-first mindset and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with restaurant and vendor partners.
• Analyze sales and operations data to identify optimization opportunities.
• Recommend and coordinate marketing campaigns to drive orders and revenue.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Logistics, and Operations to address partner needs.
• Negotiate and renew commercial agreements ensuring fair partnerships.
