Job summary

Talabat is seeking an Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with restaurant and vendor partners, serving as the main contact to optimize presence on the platform and drive sales. You will analyze sales and operations data, provide insights, coordinate marketing campaigns, and collaborate with Marketing, Logistics, and Operations to ensure partner success.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2-5 years in account management or related fields; candidate should reside in or relocate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Partner Success (experience in food tech, FMCG, or e-commerce is a plus).
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with data dashboards and Excel/Google Sheets to analyze performance and generate insights.
• Must be living in or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing restaurant and vendor partners.
• Analyze sales, operational, and engagement data to identify areas for improvement and share actionable recommendations.
• Identify growth opportunities within the portfolio – upsell services and coordinate marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Logistics, and Operations to address partner needs and resolve issues promptly.
• Negotiate and renew commercial agreements to ensure fair and strategic partnerships.
