Black Pearl Consult in Dubai is seeking an Account Manager to drive relationship management and growth with existing and dormant clients in the HR/recruitment solutions space. The role focuses on upselling, cross-selling, and sustaining long-term client success without cold calling.

You will work with clients from recruitment agencies, HR tech platforms, or HR services, leveraging your consultative sales approach to meet revenue targets and build lasting partnerships.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of B2B sales or account management experience.
• Background in recruitment, HR tech platforms, or HR-related services.
• Track record in client retention and upselling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Consultative sales approach with strong commercial awareness.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written).

Responsabilidades

• Manage and nurture a portfolio of existing and inactive clients.
• Identify growth opportunities and promote additional services.
• Conduct client meetings to understand needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Prepare strategic plans for account growth and client success.
• Hit monthly revenue and retention targets.
