Job summary

Black Pearl Consult in the UAE seeks a Senior Manager - HR Talent Management to design and implement innovative talent strategies from the ground up, reporting to the VP of HR.

The role covers talent acquisition and development, performance and policy development, leadership programs, change management, and data-driven reporting to senior leadership, with a focus on retention and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in HR with 3-5 years in talent management/organizational development.
• Experience in power, energy EPC or multinational companies.
• Strong leadership and strategic influencing abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage projects from concept to completion.

Responsibilities

• Identify, attract, and develop top talent through recruitment and development programs.
• Design and implement performance management systems aligned with goals.
• Write and implement talent management policies and processes.
• Develop retention programs including succession planning and employee engagement initiatives.
• Lead leadership development initiatives and change management.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure HR strategy aligns with business needs.
• Provide regular data analysis and reporting to executives.
