Job summary

You will build trusted relationships, tailor proposals, and negotiate favorable terms while coordinating closely with regional clients to maximize outcomes. This position offers a competitive salary and growth in a dynamic Middle East recruitment environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in account management and B2B sales.
• Proven track record in client retention and upselling.
• Strong consulting and negotiation with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Detail-oriented, persistent and target-driven.
• Experience in a high-performance sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Initiate contact with target companies across the Middle East via calls and emails.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and dormant clients.
• Upsell services, cross-sell solutions, and advise on recruitment outcomes.
• Understand client needs and prepare tailored recruitment proposals.
• Attend meetings with HR, Finance, Procurement, and senior decision-makers in UAE/region.
• Negotiate terms and pricing for win-win outcomes.
• Provide feedback to enhance product effectiveness.
• Follow up with multiple stakeholders to close sales opportunities.
