Job summary

Black Pearl Consult is seeking an experienced Assistant HR Manager for Talent Acquisition and HR Operations in the UAE. The role focuses on recruitment, onboarding, talent development and day-to-day HR operations within a manufacturing/FMCG setting.

You will work closely with department heads and external service providers to build talent pipelines, manage onboarding, and coordinate training and performance processes. Strong UAE employment knowledge and SAP HCM experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 6–8 years of progressive HR experience with hands-on talent acquisition and HR operations.
• Experience in learning and development, performance management and succession planning.
• Good knowledge of UAE employment practices; UAE/GCC experience preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or FMCG is advantageous.
• Hands-on experience with SAP HCM and other HRIS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment process from manpower requests to interviews, selections and offer coordination.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and build talent pipelines.
• Oversee pre-employment documents, joining formalities, onboarding and probation follow-up.
• Coordinate Training Needs Analysis, training calendar, budget and records.
• Support succession planning and readiness assessments for critical positions.
• Coordinate performance appraisal process, KPI tracking and completion reports.
• Manage employee medical insurance including additions, renewals and enquiries.
• Prepare HR letters and provide guidance on policies and procedures.
• Maintain HR records, trackers, dashboards and SAP HCM/HRIS data.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual HR reports.
• Support HR projects, policy reviews, audits and governance.
