Job summary

Staffora HR Consultancy is seeking a proactive Software Sales Executive to drive B2B expansion across the retail tech space in Dubai. You will target retailers and enterprise brands with end-to-end software solutions including POS, inventory, RFID, CRM, and ERP systems.

The role requires prior software/B2B sales experience, the ability to travel across Dubai with a valid UAE driving license, and excellent English communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software sales or SaaS/B2B experience.
• Willingness to travel across Dubai with a UAE driving license.
• Strong presentation, persuasion, and closing skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire B2B retail clients in Dubai and UAE.
• Demonstrate software solutions including POS, inventory, RFID, CRM, and ERP.
• Manage full sales cycle from discovery to contract closure and account retention.
• Maintain an active pipeline, present proposals, and negotiate terms with retail owners/IT managers.

Key Responsibilities

• B2B Prospecting & Field Sales: Identify and engage potential retail clients across Dubai and the UAE through field visits, cold outreach, and targeted networking.
• Product Demos & Solution Selling: Conduct live product demonstrations for software solutions including POS (Point of Sale), Inventory Management, RFID tracking, CRM platforms, and tailored retail ERP systems.
• Client Relationship Management: Manage the full sales lifecycle from initial discovery and on-site visits to contract closing and account retention.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain an active sales pipeline, present tailored proposals, and negotiate terms with retail business owners and IT managers.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Sales Experience: Prior experience in software sales, B2B technology sales, or SaaS solutions (experience selling retail systems like POS, Inventory, RFID, or CRM is a plus, but general software sales experience is welcome).
• UAE Mobility: Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory for conducting regular client meetings across Dubai.
• Tech Aptitude: Ability to quickly master software capabilities and present technical features clearly to non-technical business owners.
• Communication & Negotiation: Excellent presentation, persuasion, and closing skills in English.

Salary : AED 8000 to AED 10000
