Faircode Middle East IT Consultants LLC in Dubai is seeking an experienced Software Sales Manager to drive software sales for ERP, CRM, HRMS, POS and related applications. You will lead the sales strategy, manage the pipeline, and close new business with enterprise clients.

Joining immediately, you will mentor a sales team, build key client relationships, and collaborate with implementation teams to ensure smooth handovers while achieving revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Software, ERP, SaaS, or IT Solution Sales.
• 1-2 years of experience in a sales leadership/managerial role.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales and enterprise software solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Strong client relationship and key account management skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Valid UAE driving licence is preferred.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Software Sales Manager to lead our software sales activities and drive business growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, generating new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.
